Leffe Brown

Leffe Brown is substantially more robust than Leffe Blond. This rich variety combines the rich aroma of roasted caramel with a slightly sweet finish. It’s an excellent accompaniment to hearty, sweet and savoury types of cuisines.
Rochefort 10
11.3% alcohol, 330 ml
Whisky lovers will no doubt appreciate its warming glow. This red-brown beer has aromas of roast wheat, fruit (figs, cherries), nuts and dark chocolate. In the mouth you will get a prominent taste of caramel, chocolate, ripe fruits and herbal touches of hops.
All of these linger until the finish. Connoisseurs compare this beer with wine, whisky and port. Mild, rich, intense, lots of body. It is both food and drink at the same time, as wrote the late beer guru Michael Jackson. This nutritional overload is far from a coincidence. The Rochefort monks used to follow a strict diet where fish, meat and cheese were not on the menu. It took a beer like the Rochefort 10 to supplement their restricted diet.
Furthermore, two malts were used in the brewing process: pils and caramel malt, as well as wheat starch, two varieties of hops and Rochefort’s own yeast.
Mc Chouffe

Mc Chouffe first hit the market back in 1987. The Mc Chouffe aims to steer a middle course between a traditional dark Abbey beer, belonging to the ‘dubbel’ beer style, and a Scotch ale. Compared to other re-fermented dark beers, the taste of a Mc Chouffe is really quite neutral. Herbs are not added to the brew, in contrast to the La Chouffe. Once poured, this unfiltered dark beer is a feast for the eyes thanks to its deep ruby-red colour.The nose fills up immediately with potent aromas, however, pushed along by a respectable alcohol content. Aniseed and liquorice demand centre stage, and are complemented beautifully by a creamy touch of caramel.
Westmalle Extra

may well have a low alcohol content of 4.8%: it has a surprisingly full-bodied flavour. This golden blond Trappist beer has a very refreshing and thirst-quenching character. St Louis Premium Kriek

Containing 25% fresh cherries in the brew, St Louis Premium Kriek pours a stunning crimson red with a fluffy, bright pink head. There is something very summery about the nose, with some grassy notes beneath the dominant cherry and cherry bubblegum aromas. There is a little hint of creamy malt too. On the palate it is sweet, with a thick, mouth-filling texture and very good fruit. There's masses of flavor here, and a spritely acidity that really sharpens up the finish to leave it delicious and refreshing.
Limburgse Witte

Winner of the prestigious World Beer Awards (Gold Belgium 2019). Limburgse is truly a cut above the rest when it comes to wheat beers.
‘Limburgse Witte’, unfiltered wheat beer, with a wonderful fruity note of orange and herbal notes of coriander, mixes with the delicious fresh juice of raspberries make this a very popular and morish beer. This outstanding white beer dates back to 1445.
Brewdog Punk IPA

This Punk IPA Trans-Atlantic fusion beer is light golden in colour with tropical fruits and light caramel on the nose. Using New Zealand hops the beer becomes balanced by the biscuit malt. The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol. It is a fresh, full flavour natural beer.
